Join us for a tour behind the scenes to learn about our grain-to-glass process and how our distiller creates authentic Oregon whiskeys from local grains. During the tour the distiller will take you through a guided tasting of our core whiskeys and a special release.

What better way to celebrate the end of Prohibition, than crafting up some delicious cocktails with a hand-on cocktail class presented by Bit by a Fox Speakeasy. With Speakeasy in their name, you could say they know a thing or two about building a unique cocktail that your friends will be envious of. All the tools, ingredients, recipes and step by step instructions will be provided. Each couple will receive a charcuterie board and craft four unique cocktails during the class.

Drink beyond the vine and join the best distilleries and breweries in Oregon’s Wine Country for a festival that celebrates the unique differences in whiskey and beer. This is your chance to meet with the passionate individuals from each distillery and brewery who are helping to diversify wine country’s offerings. Taste your way around to each of the 6 distilleries and 6 breweries and experience their whiskey or beer, if you like something you taste you may just be able to purchase a bottle or cans to take home and enjoy again. This inaugural festival will be hosted at Foreland Beer in McMinnville just off of 3rd Street. We will have a food truck serving up some delicious food options, and you will also be steps away from the many restaurants that McMinnville has to offer.

This annual dinner is your chance to chat with Steven about his whiskey. This year we are collaborating with the chef of Humble Spirit where he will prepare a seasonally-inspired and locally-sourced menu to pair with our grain to glass whiskeys. This event will take place at the Stillwater Event Space in McMinnville. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and passed apps before enjoying a multi-course meal that will include three unique whiskey + food pairings.

Rum Cask Finish: Rare & Limited TRIT Straight Whiskey

This is our 5th annual whiskey coffee release. We’ve collaborated once again with the talented members at Caravan Coffee in Newberg to create a unique whiskey coffee bean offering.

What’s the process: first, we lend a TRIT Straight Whiskey barrel to the fantastic roasters at Caravan Coffee. Next, they proceed to age their coffee beans inside the barrel before roasting, this allows the beans to take on some of the flavors and aromas of the whiskey in that barrel. This creates a subtle, yet delicious flavor that changes year after year.

This year we will be heading over to Caravan Coffee's parking lot in Newberg where we will be pouring whiskey samples and cocktails, whiskey coffee, Food trucks available, raffle baskets and more. Celebrate with us and Caravan Coffee and be sure to pick up a bag of this new whiskey coffee blend.

Join us for Whiskey Wednesdays and enjoy a mid week cocktail or dram of whiskey. We’ll be offering whiskey and mini cocktail flights as well as full size cocktails and whiskey pours. Whiskey club members will enjoy $1 off full size drinks.
