Donate to the Restaurant Workers' Racial Justice Fund

The Racial Justice Fund was created to root out racism and white supremacy in restaurants and build an industry that properly pays people of color, correctly credits marginalized people, supports workers’ mental health and physical safety, and moves independent of the biases of white tastes. Led by a committee of industry leaders, the fund links RWCF with partner organizations focused on creating a racially just hospitality industry. A portion of funds donated here will be allocated to cover RWCF’s operational costs.
